Diving Competes in Chapel Hill

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.- NC State diving competed at the Nike Cup Thursday, November 18 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
Hudson Rains led the way with a preliminary score of 286.50 to finish ninth of 23 divers in Chapel Hill. Cristopher Arcara finished the event in 11th with a 266.00.
Rains and Arcara finished outside the top eight, and did not qualify for the men’s 1 meter final. Ryland Jones of UNC represented the final qualifier at 294.10.
The Nike Cup marks diving’s final event of the fall season. The Wolfpack will return to the pool January 15 with a meet against Georgia Tech in Raleigh, N.C.
