Henry Second in Weight Throw, Shot Put

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Lawanda Henry was second in the weight throw and shot put at the UNC Classic on Saturday. Henry posted a 13.81m in the shot put and a 17.30m in the weight throw.

Tiayonna Blackmon was second in the 800m with a 2:16.82.

Kayla Lawson was second in the high jump with a 1.73m

Ashley Orr was seventh in the long jump with a 5.43m and had a 10.88m in the triple jump.

Paige Eley had a strong meet, finishing eight in the 200m (25.98) and 11th in the 60m (7.92m).

Jazueline Daniels was 10th in the triple jump with an 11.32m to lead the team.
