Henry Wins Weight Throw at VT Hokie

NC State thrower Lawanda Henry won the weight throw at the VT Hokie Invitational on Friday in Blacksburg, Va. Henry tied her season-high with a 61'04.00, just missing a NCAA Indoor Provisional mark.
Brittany McCain also had a strong showing in the weight throw, finishing fifth with a mark of 54'04.50.
The meet continues on Saturday for both the men's and women's squad.
