Swimming & Diving to Host Georgia Tech

RALEIGH, N.C. The NC State men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will resume competition tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 17, against ACC-foe Georgia Tech. Action is slated to begin at 11 a.m. at Casey Natatorium.

NC State has been on hiatus from head-to-head team competition since partaking in the Maryland Invitational, Nov. 20-22, in College Park, Md.

The Wolfpack men stand at 4-1 (2-1 ACC), while the women own a 3-3 (1-3 ACC) slate. The Georgia Tech men’s squad carries a 4-1 (1-1 ACC) record, with the women coming in at 4-4 (0-3 ACC).

Following Saturday’s showcase, NC State will return to the pool next Wednesday, Jan. 21, at Casey Natatorium. The men will take on East Carolina, while the women will face both East Carolina and Campbell. Action will start at 5 p.m.
