Tinsley Earns All-ACC Academic Honors

Brittany Tinsley, a junior track and field standout, has been named to the 2008 All-ACC Academic Women's Track and Field team as announced by the ACC. Tinsley, who majors in education, competes in distance events for the track team in addition to cross country in the fall. Originally from Russells Point, Ohio, Tinsley earned All-ACC honors the past two season in cross country, placing ninth and fifth, respectively, at the ACC Championships in 2006 and 2007.
