Diving Continues Competition at NCAA Zones

AUBURN, Ala. NC State’s set of divers continued action on day two of the NCAA Diving Zones on Saturday, March 15, with the men performing in the 1-meter, and the women working in the 3-meter. Austin Hampton placed 13th overall in the 1-meter finals with a 300.80.
Hampton placed 11th with a 300.80 earlier in the day in the 1-meter prelims. Alex Dambly took 29th with a 250.60.
On the women’s end, Kristin Davies placed 19th in the 3-meter prelims with a 260.00, while Chelsea Ale landed 31st on a 228.95.
Action at the NCAA Diving Zones will wrap up tomorrow, Sunday, March 16, with the third and final day of competition. The women will take part in the platform dive at 10 a.m., before the men compete in the same event at 1 p.m.
