Men's Golf Improves Eight Strokes at Seminole Intercollegiate

Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State men's golf team improved eight strokes during Monday's second round of the Seminole Intercollegiate being held in Tallahassee, Fla. The Wolfpack shot a 8-over par (296) on the day, and currently sits in 14th place overall at 24-over par.
Freshman Brad Revell continues to be one of the leaders on the scoreboard. Revell came into the day with the lead, and he shot a 3-over (75) on the day. Revell currently finds himself in a tie for second place at 2-under for the tournament.
Sophomore Andrew Byrd had the Pack's top round of the day, shooting even-par (72) on the day. Byrd's day included four birdies, including one on each of the first two holes. Senior Jerry Richardson matched Byrd with four birdied in the second round, and he finished at 1-over par (73) on the day.
Rounding out the action for NC State on Monday was sophomore Chase Duncan at 4-over par (76) with a pair of birdies, and classmate Darren Blair finished with three birdies on his way to a 8-over (80) on the day.
Action concludes tomorrow with the third and final round of action.
