Men's Golf Improves Nine Strokes at Tennessee

Raleigh, N.C. The NC State men’s golf team improved nine strokes in Saturday’s second round of the Bank of Tennesse at The Ridges in Jonesborough, Tenn. The Wolfpack shot a three-under par as a team on the day, and remain in 11th place.
Senior Darren Blair paced the Pack in the second round with a top team score of three-under (69). Blair’s day featured a team-high five birdies, and he only had one hole over par.
Two other Wolfpack golfers were under par on the day. Sophomore Kent Copeland and freshman Matt Hill each finished at one-under (71) with three birdies apiece.
The final round will be played on Sunday, with live stats available on golfstat.com.
