Men's Golf Finishes Day One at Bank of Tennessee

Raleigh, N.C. Competing in its last tournament of the fall season, the NC State men’s golf team currently sits in 11th place after the first round of the Bank of Tennessee at the Ridges being held this weekend in Jonesborough, Tenn. The Wolfpack shot a team score of 294, and is currently six-over par.
Sophomore Brad Revell was the Pack’s top golfer on the day. Revell shot a one-under (71) in the first round, recording four birdies for the day. He currently is in 11th place overall.
Sophomore Kent Copeland and freshman Matt Hill each finished the day two-over (73). Copeland tied Revell for a team-high four birdies in the round, while Hill had three.
Freshman Chad Day was close behind, as he shot a three-over (74).
The second round will be held Saturday, with the final round on Sunday.
