Men's Golf Finishes 10th at Tennessee

Raleigh, N.C. – The NC State men’s golf team came home with a 10th place finish at the at the Bank of Tennessee at the Ridges Tournament held this weekend in Jonesborough, Tennessee. The Wolfpack had its best round of the tournament in Sunday’s final round, shooting a 293, six strokes better than any other round. For the tournament, NC State shot 299-300-293 (892) and finished at +28.
Darren Blair had the Pack’s top round of the tournament on the final day, as he shot a one-under par, which included five birdies. Nathan Spoon and Jerry Richardson each finished with scores of one-over on the final day. Spoon’s day was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5, No. 14 hole, while Richardson had four birdies on the day and led the Pack with 12 for the tournament.
