Wolfpack Improves In Final Round Of Lady Seahawk

WALLACE, N.C. - The NC State women's golf team had four members of its JV squad play in the Lady Seahawk Invitational Monday and Tuesday at the par 72 River Landing Country Club. Colby Cobb led the Wolfpack, shooting seven strokes over-par in the two rounds that she played.
All four NC State golfers improved in the second day, as Cobb carded a team low two-over in the final round. Jessica Vincent shaved three strokes off her second round score and Dawn-Marie Conaty improved four strokes from the second to third round. Stephanie Derrey sliced four strokes off her second round total in the third.
