Bad Weather Cancels Softball Series At Maryland

NC State went to Maryland for a three game series this weekend, but were unable to play because of bad weather

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Wind and rain has cancelled Sunday's softball doubleheader between Maryland and visiting NC State. Unable to play Saturday as well, the Wolfpack returns home without playing a single pitch of the scheduled three game series with the Terrapins.

No makeup date has been set. NC State (31-17, 2-3 ACC) returns to action Wednesday, April 6 for a doubleheader at home against Elon. First pitch is 4:00 p.m. at the Walnut Creek Softball Complex.
