Vincent Ties For Fourth At Lady Falcon Invitational

LAKE BADIN, N.C. - The NC State women's golf team had four members of its JV squad compete in the Lady Falcon Invitational at the par 72 Old North State Golf Club at Uwharrie Point. Jessica Vincent tied for fourth place at 18-over to lead the Wolfpack.
Colby Cobb shaved an impressive seven strokes off her first round score on the second day to finish seventh with a 19-over score, while Sarah Davis and Dawn-Marie Conaty tied for ninth place.
Paige Haverty from Catawba won the tournament with a 13-over-par score. NC State returns to action March 18-20, when the Wolfpack varsity five travels to Baton Rouge, La., to compete in the LSU/Cleveland Golf Classic. The JV squad will return to the links April 9-10 when it travels to Harrisonburg, Va., to play the Lady Dukes Invitational.
