Crosby, Blair Two Over At Carpet Capital Collegiate

ROCKY FACE, Ga. - Taylor Crosby and Darren Blair shot two over par in the first round of the Carpet Capital Collegiate Friday at the Farm Country Club and are tied for 27th place to lead the NC State men's golf team. The Wolfpack, which sits in ninth place out of a talented field of 18 teams, is 11 over heading into the second round.
Jerry Richardson trails Crosby and Blair by one stroke and is tied for 38th after one round of play and Nathan Spoon, playing in his first collegiate tournament, is one stroke behind Richardson. Stephen Lewton is also competing for the Wolfpack.
Florida has a two stroke lead after one round at six under and Chris Kirk from Georgia is in first place at five under.
