Women's Tennis Concludes Play at Georgia Invitational

NC State went head-to-head in singles with the No. 5 team in the country Sunday, dropping all five matches in straight sets. Kristin Lam battled in the first set of her match, falling 6-4, before losing the second set 6-0. The Wolfpack went 1-7 on the day after a strong run the previous two days.
Barbara Orlay and Nandita Chandrasekar teamed up to defeat de Vries/Milhaere of Brenau 8-6, while Jennifer Jassawalla and Virginia Romero fell 8-6 to another duo from Breanau.
The Wolfpack will return to the courts on Jan. 31 when they host UNC-Wilmington at 5 pm.
