Moon Leads Field, Wolfpack After Two Rounds

Senior Jason Moon continues to play sub-par rounds of golf at the Toyota Men's Collegiate Golf Championship as he shoots for his first career individual title. Moon fired a 70 in the second round to complement his career-low round of 66 in the first round. Justin Walters jumped from 27th to 12th after a second round 69. NC State is in sixth, nine strokes behind tournament leader Texas.
Fernando Mechereffe jumped 21 spots from 52nd to 31st with a second round 70. Stephen Lewton and Sutton Barbrey each fired 80s in the second round.
The final round will commence tomorrow morning in Las Vegas as the tournament concludes.
