
Brown Finishes 10th in All-Around at NCAA Regionals

Morgantown, W.Va. - Seniors Kelli Brown and Aimee Panton both traveled to West Virginia University to compete in the 2002 Southeast Regionals Saturday night. Brown competed in the all-around, while Panton was the event specialist on both vault and bars.
Brown finished 10th in the all-around with a score of 39.050. Brown now has scored at least a 39.000 in the all-around 11 times in her career, a school record. Brown's top score on the day was a 9.8 on beam for 14th place. She also scored a 9.75 on the other three events, placing 16th on vault, 21st on floor, and 24th on bars.
Panton's top score of the day was a 9.775 on bars to finish in 17th place. Panton also notched a 9.7 on vault to place 22nd.
