Wolfpack Women Tie for 14th at Carolinas Collegiate

NC State's women's golf team finished in a tie for 14th in the Edwin Watts/Carolina Collegiate Classic held at Pinehurst #8 (par 72, 6046 yards) in Pinehurst, NC. The Wolfpack shot a 36-hole total of 665 in the 20-team event.
Freshman Malin Claesson led the Wolfpack with a 78-77 = 155 to tie for sixth place in NC State first event of the spring season. The Wolfpack's next competition will be March 12-13 at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational in Orlando, Fla.
