Background:
Justin grew up in Raleigh and went to school at NC State. The son of two die-hard NC State grads, he never stood a chance and was a Wolfpack fan from day one. While studying Sport Management, Justin began volunteering with the Athletics Marketing department as a Sophomore. He served in a game day student role and began running softball events his senior year. Upon graduation, Justin was hired as a Marketing Assistant with NC State Athletics in 2014 where he served as the marketing and promotions contact for Men's Soccer, Volleyball, Wrestling, Men's Golf, Women's Golf, Cross Country, Track & Field, Softball, Men's Tennis, Women's Tennis and assisted with Men's Basketball. He also began the Athletics Marketing Student Volunteer program in 2014.
He was named Assistant Director of Marketing in February, 2016 and was promoted to Associate Director of Marketing in March, 2019. During this time, Justin served as the primary marketing contact for Women's Basketball, Volleyball and Softball; along with overseeing Marketing Assistants on Women's Soccer, Wrestling, Softball, Men's & Women's Tennis, the Student Volunteer Program and Student Marketing initiatives.
Promoted to Director of Fan Experience and Marketing in July, 2021, and again in April, 2024, to Assistant AD of Fan Experience & Marketing, Justin works with the Football and Wrestling programs, as well as oversees, leads and sets the path forward for the rebranded Fan Experience and Marketing Department.

Seeing the hard work, time and effort of a well-planned promotion working out and being a success for Wolfpack Nation to enjoy.
What do you like to do off the field:
Spending time with my wife Ashlyn and sons Beckett and Tatum, our friends and (occasionally) hitting the links to play golf!
