Patrick Stacy joined the NC State men’s basketball staff in March 2025 as assistant general manager.
As assistant general manager, Stacy’s role includes roster construction, personnel and opposition scouting, in-game replay review, program analytics operations and donor engagement.
Stacy came to the Pack after spending the 2024-25 season as general manager for Wyoming.
Stacy is the founder Jam Basketball Intelligence a company that constructed pre-game scouting reports that identify strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies of opponents in college basketball. JBI partnered with over 20 Division I men’s and women’s basketball programs, including 10 conference champions and five teams that won 30 or more games and a National Champion. JBI worked with three Final Four teams, two national finalists, one National Champion (Kansas in 2022) and had a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament every year in business.
He was named 40 Under 40 Rising Stars in College Basketball by Seth Davis in 2021.
Stacy also spent time with the Chicago White Sox serving as a Baseball Operations Associate and spent time in the financial world as a financial analyst.
Stacy graduated with Loyola University Chicago in 2018 with a degree in finance.
Stacy and his wife Jackie, have one daughter, Saige.
