Kavan Eubank joined the NC State men's golf program as assistant coach in June 2025.
NC State men's golf head coach Bo Andrews andΒ EubankΒ previously worked together for one season (2023-24) at Tennessee.

Heβs a tireless worker who truly cares about developing student-athletes on and off the course. Kavanβs the kind of coach who makes everyone around him better, and Iβm proud to call him a teammate again as we build something special here at NC State.β
EubankΒ comes to the Pack after spending the 2024-25 seasonΒ as an assistant coach at Charlotte. With the 49ers,Β EubankΒ helped guide Charlotte to two team victories, including helping the program win its first-ever American Athletic Conference Championship.Β EubanksΒ helped mentor three Charlotte athletes that would earn All-Conference honors.

EubankΒ aided in UTβs successful 2023-24 season that featured the programβs first team top-10 NCAA Championships finish since 1981.
During the 2023-24 season, the Vols captured a program-record-tying three team titles, and registered eight top-four team finishes. Additionally, the Big Orange earned their first ever No. 1 NCAA Regional seed while boasting an overall record of 143-35-1.
Tennessee capped off its season with a No. 7 overall national ranking and three golfers - including Evan Woosley-Reed who will compete for NC State this coming season - earn All-America Honorable mention status. That marked the first time in a single season in program history for three golfers to be tabbed All-Americans.

Prior to Tennessee,Β EubankΒ spent two seasons at Denver.

Aided byΒ Eubankβs guidance, Denver captured the Summit League conference title and qualified for NCAA Regionals during his first season in 2022, before finishing runner-up at the Summit League Championship in 2023.

EubankΒ started his collegiate coaching career at Boise State.
InΒ Eubankβs two seasons at Boise State, the Broncos improved from 90th in the country to 46th according to Golfstat rankingsβresulting in NCAA Regional qualification in 2021 as an at-large selection.

EubankΒ coached two players to All-Mountain West selections, including Hugo Townsend who was selected as the 2021 Mountain West Golfer of the Year and went on to play in the 2021 Arnold Palmer Cup.

EubankΒ played collegiately for two seasons at California Baptist (2014-16) before transferring to Texas A&M for his final two collegiate seasons (2016-18).

As a sophomore at California Baptist in 2015-16, the Meridian, Idaho, native earned PING Division II Third-Team All-America honors. That year,Β EubankΒ finished fourth at the conference championships, third in regionals, and eighth at the NCAA Division II Championships. He was named the 2015 PacWest Freshman of the Year.

During his junior and senior seasons at Texas A&M,Β EubankΒ competed in 11 tournaments. In 2016-17, he produced three top-10 finishes, including medalist honors at the Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate.
