Hailey McLain joined the NC State Football staff in March of 2023 as the Assistant Director of Creative Media.
McLain joined the full-time staff after spending the 2022 NFL season as the Media and Content (Production) Intern for the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, N.Y.
An Emmy Award winner in the Sports One-Time Special category for her work on the "2023 NC State Pro Day" special, McLain was previously nominated for an Emmy Award for her work with the Bills.
A 2022 graduate of NC State, McLain worked with the football team for three years, serving as a student athletic trainer and a creative media intern. She earned a bachelor's degree in sport management and a double minor in business administration and journalism.
McLain is a native of Oak Ridge, N.C. and currently resides in Raleigh. She is married to assistant football equipment manager Wade McLain.
