Eric Bornholdt LAT, ATC
Bornholdt joined the NC State Sports Medicine staff in October 2021. He is the primary athletic trainer for the Men’s tennis program.
Prior to joining the Wolfpack, Wesche worked as a Coordinator of Athletic Training while working with the baseball team at Wright State University. He also worked at Jacksonville University where he served as an intern with the Men’s Soccer and Golf teams. Bornholdt graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Sport Management while serving as a Graduate Assistant with the baseball program at Northern Illinois University.
Bornholdt is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
Bornholdt is a native of Rochester, MN. In his free time, he likes soccer, tennis, disc golf, and paddle boarding.
