David Obeid

David Obeid joined the NC State Athletic Video and Broadcast Services staff as a Broadcast Media Specialist in August 2018. His duties include designing, preparing, and operating Ross XPression projects as well as producing and researching graphic content for broadcasts and in-house shows.
Prior to his full-time position, David worked as a freelancer for the Wolfpack for seven years starting with his senior year as an NC State student. In that time he gained experience working numerous broadcast positions for all sports, including the operation of cameras and replay systems in addition to the graphics experience he continues to develop in his full-time role.
Obeid graduated in May of 2012 from NC State with a B.A. in Communication with a focus on Communication Media, as well as a B.A. in English with a concentration in Film Studies. He resides in Raleigh and plans to retire to Montana.
