2024-25 - JUNIOR
• Redshirted the season and competed unattached to bump up to 157 lbs
• Wrestled unattached at two tournaments - Journeymen's Collegiate Classic and Franklin & Marshall Lehman Open, winning both
• Demolished his bracket at the F&M Open; five of his six matches were won by bonus point victories (four TFs and one fall)...Closed out the tournament by pinning four-time All-American and two-time Big 10 Champion Sammy Sasso of Ohio State in the first period of finals
• Named to the 2024-25 ACC Academic Honor Roll
2023-24 - SOPHOMORE
• Named a captain for the season alongside Jakob Camacho, Alex Faison, Trent Hidlay, and Isaac Trumble.
• Competed solely in the 149 pound weight class. Named one of the five team captains.
• Went 20-6 on the season, 13-1 in duals, 3-1 in ACC action, six regular season ranked wins.
• Placed 8th at the 2023 Cliff Keen Invitational.
• Secured two wins at at the Collegiate Duals; a fall (5:26) over Northern Iowa’s Adam Allard and a 5-3 upset over Ohio State’s #4 Dylan D’Emilio (his highest ranked win of the season).
• Only ACC loss was to Caleb Henson of Virginia Tech who was ranked second in the country at the time, Arrington avenged this loss a couple weeks later with a sudden victory win to claim his first ACC title.
• Went 2-2 at the NCAA Championships with both of his losses coming from top-10 seeds.
• Finished the regular season as 10th for the NCAA Wrestling Awards for tech fall leaders.
2022-23 - FRESHMAN
• Went 23-9 on the season, 10-3 in duals, 3-1 in ACC action, 7 ranked wins

• Finished 2nd at ACC’s after being defeated 4-2 by Virginia Tech’s Caleb Henson.
Prep
• A three-time PA state champion, finished with a career record of 146-8 with 84 pins.
• PIAA 2A state champion at 152 pounds as a senior. Scored a pin 1:45 into the bout for the title. Was second in the Outstanding Wrestler Award, after three pins and a tech fall in his four matches. Went 39-2, his only two losses were medical forfeits, and had 26 pins.
• Four-time District 6 champion and three-time Southwest Regional winner.
• Wrestled for the PIAA all-stars in the Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic.
• 2021 Super 32 Runner-up at 145 pounds.
• Won his Who’s #1 match over Hunter Garvin to open his senior season #1 at 145 pounds according to FloWrestling.
• Placed fourth at 2021 Fargo in freestyle at 145 pounds
• PIAA 2A state champion as a junior at 132 pounds, a perfect 32-0 on the season.
• 2021 Powerade Tournament Champion at 132 pounds. Went 5-0, all bonus point wins, and outscoring his foes 52-14 with two pins.
• Took third at the state championships as a sophomore, going 34-2 on the year at 126 pounds.
• State champion as a freshman at 113 pounds going 41-4. Placed third as a sophomore.

• #28 overall recruit ant #4 at 152 pounds by MatScout. Also ranked #24 in the pound for pound rankings.
