• NCAA Qualifier for the second straight year, was the #10 seed and went 1-2.
• Was 10-2 on the season, 3-0 vs. ranked foes.
• Defeated #19 Lover of Virginia (2-0) and #17 Borst of Virginia Tech (3-1) in ACC duals.
2019-20
• NCAA Qualifier, was seeded #22 at heavyweight.
• Went 19-9 on the season, 8-3 in duals, 4-1 in ACC action.
• Scored three ranked wins, all three vs. ACC foes.
• Runner-up at the ACC Championship. Scored a 7-1 win over #21 Miller of Virginia in the semifinals after a bye. Narrowly lost to #10 Thomas of Pitt in the finals, 5-4.
• Had a walk-off win in the dual against North Carolina. Scored a takedown in the final 15 seconds for the 5-2 in the winner-takes-the-dual win.
• His 3-1 win over #18 Borst of Virginia Tech, with a takedown in the final five seconds, started the Pack’s comeback for the team win.
• Reached the second day at the Southern Scuffle, and placed seventh going 5-2.
• Finished the season ranked #21 by FloWrestling.
2018-19
• One of four true freshmen to see action, finished 22-12 on the season at heavyweight.
• Pack’s starter at the ACC Championships, went 2-2 and fell one win shy of earning an NCAA bid.
• Placed fourth at the National Collegiate Open. Lost his first match, then won final five.
Prep
• Finished his high school career with a record of 166-23.
• State champion at 285 pounds as a senior, became his school’s first state champion since 2001. Went 31-2 as a senior, only two losses were forfeits.
• Named to Newsday’s All Long Island Wrestling team.
• Finished second at state championships as a junior.
• Was Suffolk County champion as both a senior and junior.
• Placed second at the 2018 NHSCA senior nationals.
