• Wrestled in three tournaments all attached: Southeast Open (Freshman/Sophomore division Champion), Southern Scuffle, and Patriot Last Chance Open (Pool A Champion)
• Stepped into the lineup twice to face ranked opponents in the Virginia and Stanford duals
• Finished his freshman campaign with a 9-5 record
• Went 4-0 at the Southeast Open in his collegiate debut, which included two bonus point wins
