Alison Lyne transitioned into the role of Director of Operations - Events in August of 2023 after spending six years as the Director of Volleyball Operations.

In her previous role of the volleyball team, which she started in 2018, Lyne was responsible for team travel, assisting the head coach with managing the program budget, collaboration with marketing staff on game days and overseeing student managers as well as leading and executing events including alumni weekends, recruiting weekends and other special events. Lyne also served as the director for the Wolfpack Volleyball Camps.

Her previous experiences in athletics include two years at Hofstra and a six-year stint at St. Joseph's College. Lyne worked as an Assistant Director of Athletic Facilities at Hofstra while also serving as the Director of the Swim Center. At Hofstra, Lyne was responsible for all day-to-day operations at the swim center in addition to hiring, training and scheduling all staff and coordinating preparation for events and games. At St. Joseph's, Lyne served as the Assistant Facilities manager, also overseeing day-to-day operations. Lyne also served as an assistant tennis coach for three seasons at St. Joseph's College.

Lyne is a graduate of St. Joseph's College with a B.S. in Community Recreation and also holds an associates of science in criminal justice from Mitchell College.
