Libby Peters recently earned her Master's degree in Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Sport Management from NC State. While completing that degree, Peters served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the women's tennis and gymnastics teams. She has now transitioned into a primary role with the gymnastics team while supervising the men's and women's tennis teams.
Prior to joining the staff at NC State, Peters obtained her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Western Carolina University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors' College.
Peters is a native of Kernersville, N.C. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Licensed Athletic Trainer through the North Carolina Board of Athletic Training Examiners and a member of the National Athletic Training Association.
