PRIOR TO NC STATE
- Spent the last three years before college playing high school basketball at Fukushima Toryo High School in Japan
- Was her high school team’s leading scorer, averaging clips of nearly 27.0 points and 12.0 rebounds per game
- Showed out at the Winter Cup (Japan’s High School Championship), being one of the top 10 scorers in the country of Japan in the tournament with a double-double of 25.3 points and 20.6 rebounds per game
- In the Winter Cup, Ossai logged 35 points and 24 rebounds against Saibi High School, propelling Fukushima Toryo to its first-ever tournament victory
- Ossai followed up that performance with 26 points and 25 boards in the win over Saitama Sakae before falling to Yakumo Gauken, in a game where she logged 15 points and 13 boards
- Scored 38 points in a win over Yuzawa Shohuku High School during the 2025 season
- Has played basketball for six years before coming to college, having developed against competitive club and school teams in Japan
- Played in the International School Sports Federation Championship in 2022
- Represented her home country on the Nigeria U16 Team before moving to Japan
