Represented Team USA at the 2025 FISU World University Games, where she shattered two FISU records in the 100m backstroke and claimed gold in both the 100m backstroke and the 4x100 medley relay. She also earned silver medals in the 200m and 50m backstroke
Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Championships, finishing 12th in the 100 backstroke and 16th in the 800 freestyle relay.
Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200 IM, 200 backstroke, and 100 backstroke
Secured a bronze medal at the ACC Championships as a member of the Wolfpack's 400 medley relay team
Was a two-time ACC finalist, placing 8th in both the 100 and 200 backstroke

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):

Two-time 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials finalist hitting a personal best time of 58.79 and placing 3rd overall in the 100-meter backstroke. Also hit her season best time in the 200-meter backstroke placing 4th overall.
Named All-American in three individual events as well as two relays at the 2024 NCAA Championships.
Took home silver in the 200-yard backstroke at NCAA Championships, hitting a best time of 1:49.43 and breaking the program record. Also took home bronze in the 100-yard backstroke, clocking another best time of 50.54 and moving her up to third all time in NC State history. Broke her second program record of the meet in the 200-yard IM placing 9th overall in a best time of 1:53.72.
Was apart of two top-15 relays, the 400-yard freestyle (12th) and the 400-yard medley (6th) at NCAA Championships.
Six-time podium finisher at ACC Championships.
Took home silver in both the 200-yard backstroke and 100-yard backstroke as well as the 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard medley relay. Earned two bronze medals in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 800-yard freestyle relay. Also finished 4th overall in the 200-yard IM.
Took home a gold medal while representing team USA in the 200-meter backstroke and 400-meter mixed medley relay at the 19th Pan American Games. Also took home a silver medal in the 100-meter backstroke, and a bronze medal in the 200-meter IM.

2022-23 (FRESHMAN):

Named All-American in three individual events at the 2023 NCAA Championships
Qualified for finals in all of her individual events at the NCAA Championships, placing fifth in the 200-yard backstroke (1:50.58), 11th in the 100-yard backstroke (51.32) and 14th in the 200-yard IM (1:55.96), hitting lifetime bests in the 100 back and 200 IM
Won her first individual ACC title in the 200-yard backstroke (1:50.24), ranking fourth overall in program history
ACC bronze medalist in the 100-yard backstroke (51.59) and took sixth in the 200-yard IM (1:55.92)
Named ACC Women’s Swimmer of the Week on Jan.31; honors followed her performances in the Pack’s dual meet against Duke during which she won the 100-yard backstroke (52.96) and the 200-yard backstroke (1:55.35)
Claimed her first collegiate win in the 200-yard IM (1:59.01) at the first dual meet of the season against Tennessee
Clocked three individual program top ten times; 100-yard backstroke (6th), 200-yard backstroke (fourth) and 200 IM (fourth)
