- Advanced to the C-Final in the 200 backstroke at ACC Championships, finishing 19th overall
- Competed at ACC Championships in the 200 free, 100 back, and 200 back
- Won the 200 backstroke against North Carolina, recording a season best timeÂ
- Competed at the Toyota U.S. Open Championships in the 50 back, 100 back, and 200 back
- Earned his first collegiate victory in the 200 backstroke against Georgia Tech
- Competed in 10 meets throughout the season
- Made his collegiate debut with the Wolfpack at the Dual Meet Tournament against Georgia Tech
