2023-24 (FIFTH YEAR):
- Elected to use extra season of eligibility to return to the squad for 2023-24
- Named All-American in individual events and two Wolfpack relays at the 2024 National Championship
- National runner-up in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 43.89
- Set a personal best in the 100-butterfly at National Championships with a time of 44.57 finishing in 10th place and honorable mention All-Americans honors
- Finished fifth in the 200 backstroke, and was a part of the 400 medley relay team that finished third at National Championships
- Won his fourth straight 100 backstroke ACC championship with a time of 44.36 and also brought home the gold in the 400 Medley relay
- Won bronze at the ACC Championships in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:40.67
- Two-time ACC Swimmer of the Week (1/23/24 & 1/30/24)
2022-23 (SENIOR):
- Named All-American in three individual events and two Wolfpack relays at the 2023 National Championship
- Member of the 200-yard medley relay that won the NCAA title (the first title since 2018) and broke the meet, ACC, U.S. open, pool and program record with a time of 1:20.67; swam the backstroke leg with an impressive split of 20.36
- National runner-up in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 43.86 and broke the five year standing ACC and the school record
- Claimed all national A finals placing sixth in the 200-yard backstroke (1:39.35), a four place improvement from last years meet and eighth in the 100-yard butterfly going a best time in prelims (44.65) taking the No.5 spot in program history
- Swam the backstroke leg (43.83) on the 400-yard medley relay (3:00.22) helping the team finish fourth and set a new ACC and program record
- Clocked all ACC A finals, taking home his third ACC gold medal in the 100-yard backstroke (44.47), 2nd in the 200-yard backstroke (1:39.94) and fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (45.12)
- ACC gold medalist in the 400-yard medley relay and 200-yard medley relay
- Named ACC Men’s Swimmer of the Week on Jan.31; honors followed his performances in the Pack’s dual meet against Texas during which he took individual wins in the both backstroke events and two relays. Leading off the 400-yard medley relay, Stokowski's time (44.79) on the backstroke leg became the fastest time in the country at the time. He was also Named ACC Men’s Swimmer of the Week on Oct.18 as well; honors followed his performances in the Pack’s dual meet against Tenn. during which he posted the top time in the country at the time in the 100-yard backstroke (46.13) and also won the 200-yard backstroke (1:44.53)
- Competed at FINA World Championship meet where he took bronze in the 50-meter backstroke (22.74) and 6th in the 100-meter backstroke (49.74)
2021-22 (JUNIOR):
- Claimed NCAA title in the 100 backstroke, with his time of 44.04 keeping him at second in program history; dropped .40 from his personal best time to become the sixth-fastest performer in history in the event
- Also swam personal-best time of 1:39.27 to finish 10th in the 200 backstroke at NCAAs with that time ranking third in team history
- Part of pair of program record-setting medley relays at NCAAs as he led off the 200 (3rd - 1:21.69) and 400 (5th - 3:01.53) races; 20.16 split in the Pack’s ACC record 200 medley relay was the second-fastest 50 backstroke split ever
- Also earned All-America honors as part of NC State’s fourth-place 200 freestyle relay (1:14.69)
- 100 backstroke gold medalist with his winning time of 44.74
- Also took first place in the 400 medley relay, leading off the squad’s winning time of 3:01.88; claimed a silver medal as the anchor for the Pack’s 200 freestyle relay team (1:16.76)
- Finalist in all three of his individual events at ACCs, adding top-16 finishes in the 200 backstroke (5th - 1:40.20) and the 200 freestyle (11th - 1:34.00)
- Helped set a facility record in Virginia’s pool in the 200 medley relay (1:24.14)
- Represented Poland at the short course World Championships in December of 2021; reached the 50-meter and 100-meter backstroke finals
- Silver medalist in 200 backstroke at the NCAA Championships. Clocked in at 44.37 to rank second in team history and garner All-America honors
- Also an All-American in 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay and 400 medley relay and honorable mention All-American in the 200 medley relay
- Gold medalist in 100 backstroke at the 2021 ACC Championships with winning time of 44.82
- Also part of winning 400 freestyle relay team (2:48.19), swimming the anchor leg in 41.95
- A finalist in 200 backstroke at ACCs, with 1:41.11 time moving him to fifth in team history. Also a C finalist in 50 freestyle
