Danny is a transfer from Spartanburg Methodist College, where he earned first-team JUCO All-America honors as a sophomore in 1994-95 … An outstanding athlete and a tough competitor, he will contribute to the Pack on the inside and on the perimeter … Should battle for a spot in the starting lineup during preseason drills.
Junior College Career: Danny averaged 13.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game at Spartanburg Methodist last winter, leading the team in both categories … Helped lead SMC to a 34.2 record, a No. 1 national ranking and a berth in the finals of the NJCAA National Tournament … Scored 15.0 points per game as a freshman at Lake City Community College in 1993-94.
