AS A RS - FRESHMAN (2018):
• Young defensive end who was a disruptive force while seeing limited action in the last six games.
• In for a season-high 26 snaps in the win at Louisville.
• Had two sacks in just 23 plays in the FSU victory.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017):
• Redshirted the season at defensive end, gaining 28 pounds.
IN HIGH SCHOOL
• Played defensive end at Durant High School for coach Mike Gottman.
• Senior Stats: Tallied 65 total tackles, including 40 solo stops. Had three sacks, three fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.
• Junior Stats: Had 15 total tackles, including six solo stops in his first year playing football. Also had two sacks and a pair of pass breakups.
• Rankings: No. 102 defensive end nationally by scout.com, the No. 17 DE in Florida.
• Also made three appearances in the state track and field championships as a discus thrower.
• A two-time academic all-conference choice.
PERSONAL:
• Stood at 5’11 prior to his junior year - his first playing football. Was born in Fayetteville as his dad was stationed at Fort Bragg and also lived two years in Korea.
