Taylor Berman joined the North Carolina State Sports Medicine Staff in February 2022. She works with NC State’s football team.

Berman graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2015. After graduation, she worked as a personal trainer and a physical therapy aide. In 2018, she moved to Texas, where she earned her Master’s of Science in athletic training from Texas A&M University.

Following a summer internship with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Berman joined the Appalachian State program, where she served as an intern on the athletic training staff working with football.

In 2021, Berman worked as an intern athletic trainer with the Arizona State University football program in Tempe, AZ.

A member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Berman is a native of Colchester, Conn. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Jacoby, working out, cooking, hiking, and trying out new restaurants with friends.
