Joseph Sorce MS, ATC, LAT, CES
Joe Sorce joined the NC State Sports Medicine Staff in September 2020 and currently serves as an Associate Athletic trainer for the Wolfpack football team.
Sorce graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training from Texas State University. Following graduation, he filled a seasonal and summer internship with the Dallas Cowboys before a stint as a graduate assistant at the University of New Mexico. While at UNM, he earned a Master's of Science in physical education.
A member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Sorce has also completed coursework in IV Access and Fluid Administration and holds a certification in National Academy of Sports Medicine - Corrective Exercise Specialization.
The Dallas native and his wife Kimberlee live in Raleigh with their two dogs, Penelope and Violet. In his free time, they enjoy the outdoors, including golfing, hiking, and spending time at the beach in Ocean City, Md.
