Ben Baker joined the Wolfpack football staff in January of 2025 and serves as the football video coordinator.
The Annandale, Virginia, native came to Raleigh after nine season on the Wake Forest football staff, serving as video coordinator for four years. Baker started with the Deacons as a football video intern in 2016, in 2017 was promoted to video/football operations assistant and in 2019 was named assistant director of football operations/director of creative video
In 2021, he was promoted again with new responsibilities including managing practice and game footage, film exchange with opponents and all in-house technology. Additionally, he created and edited weekly highlight videos and assisted the recruiting area with the creation and implementation of video graphics.
Baker earned a bachelor's degree in sport management from Central Michigan in 2012, as well as a master's degree in health and human performance at Northwestern State in Natchitoches, Louisiana (2017).
