2023 SEASON:
• Part of the Wolfpack rotation at defensive end, he saw action in 11 games and was in for 112 snaps on defense.
• Missed the Duke and Clemson games with an injury.
• Recovered a fumble vs. No. 10 Notre Dame.
• Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
• Graduate transfer who joined the Wolfpack after spending the 2022 season at Cincinnati.
• Enrolled at NC State in January of 2023.
BEFORE NC STATE
At Cincinnati:
• Saw action in 12 games, starting one for the Bearcats in 2022.
• Tallied 18 total tackles, including four TFLs and 2.5 sacks.
At Ohio State:
• Spent 2019-21 seasons at Ohio State, but did not see game action in 2021.
• Appeared in four games in 2020, totaling two tackles.
• Played in four games as a true freshman in 2019 before redshirting.
• Named an OSU Scholar-Athlete in 2019 and 2020, as well as Academic All-Big Ten in 2020.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Rankings: Ranked as a four-star prospect and the No. 6 player in Ohio by 247Sports.
• Honors: Earned All-Ohio honors for head coach Steve Trivisonno at Mentor as both a junior and senior.
• Senior Stats: Tallied 49 tackles, nine tackles-for-loss and five sacks and 30 QB hurries as a senior for a defense that allowed just 13.3 points per game. Led the greater Cleveland area with over 25 tackles for loss as a senior
• Junior Stats: Anchored a defense that led the Cardinals to the Division I state championship game in 2017. Had 68 tackles, 32 quarterback hurries, 10 sacks and eight tackles-for-loss
• Personal: Older brother, Micah, was a member of the Ohio State men’s basketball team in 2016-18 and finished his career at Wisconsin.
