2021 SEASON:
• Has worked hard in the strength and conditioning facility - losing 51 pounds.
• Earned his first career start in the win over La. Tech.
• Tallied a career-high four tackles while in for 21 snaps vs. Furman.
2020 SEASON:
• Key to the Wolfpack’s goal line stand in the one-point win at Pitt. He came in on 3rd and 4th down as a wall in the middle. Also in for a goal line stand vs. Virginia.
• As a member of the defensive scout team, battled starting center Grant Gibson every day in practice.
2019 SEASON:
• Redshirted the season, he saw action in four games and notched three tackles (all against Boston College).
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played defensive tackle at Person High School for coach David Kleine.
• Senior Stats: Turned in 53 tackles, two sacks and eight tackles for loss.
• Honors: Invited to play in the 2018 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas All-Star Game. Served as team captain.
• Rankings: No. 143 recruit nationally, the No. 4 recruit in North Carolina and the No. 10 defensive tackle nationally by Rivals.com, which also ranked him a four-star recruit. No. 251 recruit nationally, the No. 10 recruit in North Carolina and the No. 17 defensive tackle nationally by 247Sports.com, which also ranked him a four-star recruit.
