AS A JUNIOR (2017)
• Suffered a torn achilles in the season opener vs. South Carolina, then reinjured it later in the fall. Underwent two surgeries and sat out the remainder of the season. Will miss 2017 spring ball, but should be cleared for fall camp.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016);
• Saw action in all 13 games on special teams.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015):
• Graduated from high school early and enrolled in January.
• Saw action in 12 contests, mainly on special teams. Missed the South Alabama game with an injury.
IN HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played strong safety and wide receiver at Pelion High School for coach Ben Freeman.
• Also played high school basketball and ran track.
• Honors: Was invited to play in the 2014 Shrine Bowl.
• Junior Stats: Tallied over 500 yards receiving and 48 tackles on defense.
• Rankings: No. 72 safety nationally, the No. 14 overall player in South Carolina, and the No. 1 safety in the state by scout.com . No. 16 prospect in South Carolina by rivals.com.
