• Saw action in 14 snaps in the win over Charleston Southern.

• Played on special teams in four contests.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played tight end and defensive end at Terry Sanford High School for coach Bruce McClelland.
• As a senior: Caught 25 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns. On defense, finished with 19 tackles and three tackles for loss. Helped his team reach the North Carolina 3A quarterfinals and finish with a 10-4 record. Was only 16 years old when his senior season started. Invited to play in the 2019 Shrine Bowl.
