Luke Bailey is in his second season as the Football Video Coordinator for NC State's football program. This is his sixth season overall, having worked as a student video assistant for four seasons prior to being hired full-time in the Spring of 2021. He served as the head student video assistant during his senior year in 2020.
Bailey assists in all daily operations of the Football Video Department. His primary responsibilities include helping manage the student video staff, organizing video coverage of practice, data entry, acquisition and editing of NFL games, and providing technical support for the coaching staff.
Bailey has been a member of the Collegiate Sports Video Association (CSVA) since 2020.
While in high school at Southern Nash, Bailey was a three sport athlete . He played tight end and outside linebacker in football for coach Brian Foster. In addition to football he also played basketball and tennis for four years.
A Rocky Mount, N.C. native, Bailey earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering in 2020 from NC State and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in athletic leadership from Clemson University. He and his wife, Kellie, an NC State alumna, live in Raleigh.
