Kevin Siesel joined the NC State sports medicine staff in April 2019. He serves as the Associate Head Football Athletic Trainer.
Siesel came to Raleigh from Texas A&M University, where he served as Associate Head Football Athletic Trainer for the Aggies in 2018. He has also served as an assistant football athletic trainer with Duke University and Mississippi State University.
Siesel graduated with a Master of Arts in Health Studies from Alabama. While in Tuscaloosa, he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the Crimson Tide football program and was a part of the staff that captured the 2014 SEC Championship title and a College Football Playoff appearance.
He received his undergraduate education in athletic training from the University of Central Florida. Siesel assisted with various intercollegiate athletics and completed an NFL summer internship with the Detroit Lions. He is an active member in the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the College Athletic Trainers' Society.
Kevin and his wife, Tara, were married in June 2018 and currently reside in Durham, N.C.
