Alyse King joined the North Carolina State University Sports Medicine staff in July 2014. She is the Associate Head Football Athletic Trainer for the Wolfpack. Prior to joining the Wolfpack, King was the Assistant Athletic Trainer for Football at the University of South Alabama.

A native of Clayton, OH, she graduated cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. She then spent two years as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for football at Ohio University where she received her Master's degree in the nationally accredited Post Professional Athletic Training program.

King is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (Intermediate/Advanced).

King is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and served as the inaugural chair of the National Athletic Training Students' Committee.
