AS A RS - SOPHOMORE (2018):
• Started at weak side linebacker in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and in the overtime win at UNC.
• Played behind first-team All-ACC performer Germaine Pratt.
• Tallied a career-high six tackles in each of those starts.
• Recovered a fumble and returned it 12 yards to set up a touchdown in the win over East Carolina.
AS A RS - FRESHMAN (2017):
• Key member of the Pack’s special teams early in the season, he injured his shoulder in the Louisville contest. Underwent surgery and missed the remainder of the season.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016):
• Named the defensive scout team player of the year.
• Redshirted the season at linebacker.
IN HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played linebacker at John Carroll Catholic for coach Mike Watkins. As a senior, helped lead his team to the Florida Class 3A regional finals
• Senior Stats: Ranked second nationally in tackles for loss (65) and ninth in sacks (25). Totaled 139 tackles, including 97 solo stops and one INT. Also rushed for 106 yards and three touchdowns and caught 24 passes for 229 and three TDs.
• Honors: A first-team all-state 3A selection.
• Junior Stats: Tallied 118 tackles, with 78 solo stops, 24 for loss and nine sacks. As a receiver, caught 15 passes for 211 yards and four TDs.
• Rankings: No. 66 outside linebacker nationally, No. 9 in Florida, by scout.com.
• Personal: Also played varsity basketball, averaging 20.5 points and 11.0 rebounds as a senior.
• Major: Science, tech and society.
