2024 Cross Country:
- Opened the season at the Adidas XC Challenge, running 16:16.5 in the 5K to help lead NC State to a team victory.
- Posted a personal-best 19:26.5 in the 6K at the ACC Championships, finishing third to earn All-ACC honors.
- Finished third at the NCAA Southeast Regional (20:08.3), earning All-Region recognition.
- Placed eighth at the NCAA Championships with a time of 19:42.7, earning All-American status.
- Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.
2024 Outdoor Track & Field:
- Ran a personal-best 4:16.57 in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational.
- Won the 4x1500m relay at the Penn Relays in 17:03.29, securing the third-fastest time in NCAA history.
- Competed at the ACC Championships in both the 1500m (4:24.39) and 5000m (16:05.48).
- Closed the season at the NCAA East Regional with a 16:04.04 in the 5000m.

- Competed at the Hokie Invitational, finishing 12th in the 1500m with a time of 4:54.33.
