- Appeared in and started in all 56 Wolfpack games at second base; only one of two players to do so
- Batted .295 in 220 at-bats, recording 65 hits, 15 doubles, team-leading three triples, five home runs and 42 RBIs
- Led the Wolfpack in stolen bases with 14
- Had 99 putouts and a team-high 134 assists, with a fielding percentage of .975
- Came in at No. 7 on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays for a diving catch against Louisville

2024 - Freshman Season
- Made an immediate impact in his freshman season, appearing in 55 games with 52 starts
- Versatile freshman started at three different positions in his first season with the Wolfpack (33 starts at second base, 17 in left field and two in right field)
- Batted .238 with four homers, five doubles, a triple, 34 RBI and 60 total bases
- Led all NC State players with 14 stolen bases, swiping 14 bags on 18 attempts
- Ranked third on the team and first among Pack9 freshmen with 34 walks
- Recorded nine multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games
- Logged a reached-base streak of 12 games and finished the season by reaching base in five straight contests
- Went 2-for-5 with a career-high five RBI in a win over Notre Dame on March 29, smacking his first-career grand slam in the sixth inning
- Tied a career-high with three hits in an NCAA Super Regional victory over Georgia on June 8
- Batted .286 with a .439 on-base percentage in ACC play, ranking third on the roster with 21 RBI in league games
- Recorded a .968 fielding percentage with 85 putouts and 68 assists, helping turn 16 double plays

- Credited as the 18th-best shortstop prospect and 106th-ranked prospect overall in the State of North Carolina according to Perfect Game
- Earned First Team All-State honors during his high school career at New Hanover High School
- Older brother (Chase) is a current member of the NC State baseball program
- Dad, Trot Nixon, played in the MLB from 1996-2008 and helped the Boston Red Sox win the 2004 World Series
