2020 - Junior Season
- Selected as the 13th overall pick to the San Francisco Giants in the 2020 MLB Draft
- Earned 16 starts behind the plate in the 17 games he played in
- Batted .296 on the year with a team-leading six home runs and 20 RBIs
- Finished second on the team with 20 runs scored and a .685 slugging percentage
- Led the team with 17 walks and finished third on the squad with a .466 on-base percentage
- Finished second in RBIs, fourth in homers and third in walks among the ACC
- Three of his home runs were grand slams, which all came within an 11-day span
- His three grand slams were one shy of tying the program’s single-season record
- Homered from both sides of the plate on Feb. 28 vs. Iowa, which was the second time in his career doing so
- He remains the only player in program history to homer from both sides of the plate in a single game at least once
- Reached base safely in 16 games, and held an eight-game hit streak in the season
- Turned in five multi-hit and five multi-RBI games
2019 - Sophomore Season
- Served as the Wolfpack's primary backstop with 60 starts on the season.
- Compiled a .288 clip with 68 hits, 17 doubles, 10 homers and a .513 slugging percentage
- Committed just five errors in 476 chances for a .989 fielding percentage, and threw out 33 percent of base runners attempting to swipe a bag
- Reached base safely the first 35 games of the season, and held a nine-game hit streak from March 17-30
- Turned in 16 multi-hit outings, including a three-hit performance on six separate occasions
- Drove in a season-high four RBI vs. Florida State on March 15 and vs. NC A&T on March 27
- Tallied a season-high 13 putouts vs. Clemson on May 13, vs. Wake Forest in the ACC Tournament on May 23 and at East Carolina in the NCAA Regional on June 2
- Named to the All-ACC First Team and ABCA’s Atlantic All-Region Team.
- Was one of 14 semifinalists for the Buster Posey Award, which honors the nation's best catcher

2018 - Freshman Season
- Turned in an excellent freshman season, highlighted by earning ACC Freshman of the Year honors
- Tabbed a Second Team All-ACC Selection
- Earned Freshman All-America honors from every publication (First Team D1Baseball, NCBWA & Perfect Game, Collegiate Baseball)
- Selected as a member of the ABCA All-Region Team
- Compiled a .321 batting average in his initial season to lead all ACC freshmen, rank second on the team and 12th in the conference
- Hit 13 home runs on the year to set the NC State record for home runs by a freshman (13) and lead all freshmen in the conference
- Led all ACC freshmen in batting average, total bases, slugging percentage - tied for first in runs, second in RBI and third in hits
- The switch-hitting catcher made history against William & Mary, when he became the first NC State player to homer from both sides of the plate in the same game
- Bailey led the Pack with a .604 slugging percentage, which was the fourth highest in the ACC and best for a freshman
- He tallied two multi-homer games and started 50 of the 54 games he played
- Logged the second most multi-hit games on the team with 21 and also contributed 11 multi-RBI games, highlighted by two games with five or more RBIs
- He also threw out 11 runners on the base paths and recorded a .983 fielding percentage
High School / Prep Career
- Batted .510 with 13 doubles, seven triples, five home runs and 33 RBIs in 28 games to lead Wesleyan Academy to its second consecutive independent schools state championship as a senior in 2017
- Had a .561 on-base percentage and slugged .947
- Selected in the 37th round of the 2017 MLB draft by the Minnesota Twins
- Played for the USA Baseball 18U team in the fall of 2016, seeing action in six games, including four starts
- Batted .402 with 12 doubles, three home runs, 30 RBIs and a .491 on-base percentage as a junior in 2016
