As a junior (2012)
• Finished the season with a 5-5 record and a 4.38 ERA. Recorded 63 strikeouts over 63.2 innings. Started 10 of 18 appearances.
• Named ACC Pitcher of the Week on April 27 after setting career-highs with nine strikeouts over 7 2/3 innings, holding the Duke scoreless on two hits
• Finished the season ranked fifth in the ACC in opponent's batting average (.215)
• Ranked 62nd nationally in hits allowed per nine innings (7.06), 92nd in strikeouts per nine innings (8.90)
• Allowed just 16 extra base hits over 63.2 IP in 2012
• Started nine games in 17 appearances, spent time as a middle reliever during the season
• Started NC State's extra innings loss to Wright State, pitching the first four innings, striking out eight while giving up two earned runs on four hits
• Pitched three innings against George Mason, giving up four earned runs on two hits with four strikeouts and four walks
• Earned the victory against UNC-Asheville, pitching five scoreless innings, allowing only three hits with three strikeouts and one walk
• Delivered a sterling 5 2/3 inning performance on ESPNU at UNC, allowing two earned on a seventh inning homer, one of only three hits given up, while striking out seven
• Pitched two perfect innings in the Sunday game at Maryland, retiring all six batters he faced, striking out three
• Picked up the win as the first reliever in two innings of no-hit ball against Elon, striking out two and walking one
• Took the loss after a gutty 3 2/3 performance in the Pack's 12-inning loss to Clemson, holding the Tigers to three hits, one earned run, and striking out five
• Earned the win in a four-inning relief effort in game two of a Saturday doubleheader with Boston College, holding the Eagles to two runs, neither earned, on three hits with five strikeouts
• Went 6 2/3 in an elimination game against Vanderbilt, giving up five runs, four earned on nine hits with five strikeouts for a no decision

As a freshman (2010)
• Made 20 appearances and allowed one earned run or less in 16 of them
• Worked 1 2/3 scoreless innings March 9 vs. North Carolina A&T to earn his first college victory
• Allowed one run on one hit in three innings of work March 28 vs. Miami, retiring nine of the 11 men he faced
• Pitched the final 2 1/3 innings in the finale of the UVa series to earn the win in NC State's come-from-behind victory
• Came out of the pen April 18 in the finale of the Maryland series and picked up the win with 2 2/3 innings of relief
• Earned his first collegiate save May 1 vs. Georgia Tech by working two shutout innings, walking one and striking out three
• Saw limited action as a position player, appearing in 11 games
